Bassist Bob Knarley of the well-known band “Dread Zeppelin” has endorsed the Lace Helix 5 bass as his bass of choice. As a new model, it is fitted with the BassBar 4.0 version pickups in both the neck and bridge positions.
“It’s lightweight, incredible looks and incredible sound is an image I have always sought” Stated Mr. Knarley.
“The passive full-range tone of the BassBars is superior to my higher-end active basses that I have used in the past” further stated Knarley.
Dread Zeppelin, who has been on the music scene for 20 years now, is a mixture of great showmanship, theatrics and above all, musical talent.
DZ pays homage to the songs of Led Zeppelin with a twist – Encompassing reggae beats and metal influences, with an Elvis impersonator out front singing lead.
